INFORMATIONS


LEASE TERM: 03 years minimum
DEPOSIT: 03 month’s rent plus management and service charges
PAYMENT TERM: quarterly in advance (within the first 05 working days per each quarter)
AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM HOURS (EXCEPT TET HOLIDAYS): 8 a.m to 6 p.m Monday to Friday, 8 a.m to 12 p.m Saturday

MANAGEMENT & SERVICE CHARGE includes:


Air-conditioning at the Premise during the operation hours
Common area cleaning
Common area water supply
24 hours building security
— Pantry service (applicable to the 7th floor only) —

FURNITURE includes:


– Open ceiling (over 3.0 meters), lighting system, carpet, blinds, and meeting room partitions
– Electrical system: power cables, electrical wiring, sockets, and main distribution board
– Office desks, bench desks, office chairs, cabinets, and phone booth
*Furniture and layout can be adjusted to suit your company’s requirements.
